Damon Poole

Damon has provided Agile coaching and training for thousands of people at companies such as EMC, Capital One, Oanda, Ford, and Fidelity. He speaks frequently at Agile Alliance, Agile New England, Kentucky Fried Agile, Atlassian Summit, Agile and Beyond, Agile Toronto, and others. As a coach of coaches at Eliassen, Damon led the Agile Delivery team which grew to hundreds of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in the field.

He created Eliassen’s Agile Transformation approach and the training content across all aspects of Agile, and led the effort to provide opportunities for the coaches to advance in their coaching journey. This background gave Damon the opportunity to learn from hundreds of Agile Coaches in an enormous variety of client environments and from the wider international Agile community.

Damon is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach, International Coach Academy Certified Professional Coach, and is an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching.

Gillian Lee

Gillian is an Agile Coach at Nulogy Corp, where she works with software development teams. She grows individuals, teams and organizations through playful facilitation and peer-to-peer learning, partnering with Damon in 2018 to co-deliver the ICAgile ACP workshop

Prior to Nulogy, Gillian led teams at Rangle.io, a professional services agency and Oanda a product company in the currency exchange industry, drawing on her background in engineering from MIT.

Gillian has presented sessions at Agile 2018, Regional Scrum Gathering Canada 2018, Toronto Agile Conference 2017, 2018, Gatineau Ottawa Agile Tour 2017. 2018 and facilitated sessions at TAC Open Space, Agile Coach Camp Canada East and Play4Agile North America on topics from Agile Development with JavaScript to Team Health Checks. Gillian also co-founded the AgileTO meetup in Fall 2015 and was lead facilitator from the first event to Spring 2017.

Beth Buelow

Beth Buelow, PCC, is a Possibilities Catalyst. She is a Certified Mentor Coach, mediator, and facilitator with 14 years of coaching experience. In addition to being a Mentor Coach for Facilitivity, she is a Learning Lab Advisor with the George Mason University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being Program, JST Coaching & Training, and ICC ISTOK. She is the author of “The Introvert Entrepreneur: Amplify Your Strengths and Create Success on Your Own Terms” (Penguin Random House, Nov 2015). Beth has presented on coaching ethics and ICF Core Competencies at ICF chapters across the United States, as well as the ICF Converge Conference in Washington, D.C. in 2017. She serves as Past President (2021) for ICF Michigan. When not coaching, she is a fine art photographer specializing in abstract, architectural, and natural world imagery.

As a Mentor Coach, Beth emphasizes the creation a brave space for learning and experimentation; coach-clients are invited to release any “good student” energy or feelings of needing to perform, instead adopting a “beginner’s mind.” Feedback and learning are focused on progress, not perfection, as well as building self-trust, self-awareness, and the confidence that comes from being grounded thoroughly in the ICF Core Competencies and ethical practices.
